Bio
After qualifying from University College, Dublin, Dr Ridge interned in Surgery and Medicine at St Vincent’s Hospital, Ireland. She undertook her senior house officer training in Internal Medicine at Beaumont Hospital, Ireland, followed by specialist registrar training back at St Vincent’s Hospital. She then moved to America in a cardiothoracic imaging fellow position at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Centre. This was followed by a body imaging fellowship and subsequently a vascular and interventional radiology fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Centre. In 2013, Dr Ridge was appointed as a consultant radiologist at Mater Misericordiae University Hospital in Dublin and joined the Trust in July 2017.
