Mougnir has been managing his Sports Podiatry Clinic for over 16 years in Fontainebleau (France). In 1999 he was asked to set up a Podiatry department in the HABIB Medical Centre (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia). He has worked as a consultant for Sport-Akileine, Adidas, New Balance and for elite sports events.

As a highly experienced Triathlon athlete in ironman competitions, Mougnir travelled around the world as a sports podiatrist and in 2004 he founded Medi-Xtrem. His research and development in the design of orthotics led him to become a consultant to the French water-skiing team and other elite athletes.

In 2005 he became a Lecturer in Sport Podiatry at the University of Medicine Paris 13.

Mougnir has considerable knowledge and expertise in British and French Podiatry, Biomechanics and Posturology.

Still a keen sportsman, he trains in triathlon, regularly goes surfing and is also an elite fencing coach at Escrime Academy in London (he qualified as a Fencing Instructor in 1992).

Mougnir is registered with the UK Health Care Professional Council and a Member of Society of Chiropodists & Podiatrists.
