  • Are online payments secure?

    Yes, we use the third party payment platform Global Payments to process all payments via a secure 256-bit connection.

  • What information do I need to provide to pay online?

    You will need to enter your first name, last name, email address, phone number, invoice amount and invoice number. This is the minimum data set we require to process your payment. Once you have entered the required information, you will be redirected to a Global Payments form to securely enter your credit or debit card details.

  • Will my payment information be stored online?

    Cardholder information is handled by Global Payments and not by Harley Street Medical Centre. The information is encrypted and hashed when stored on Global Payments systems and is not displayed in reporting systems.

    Your first name, last name, email address and telephone number will be stored securely by Harley Street Medical Centre to enable our finance team to reconcile payments.

  • Will I receive a confirmation that the payment has been processed successfully?
